At the theater knitting. STAR TREK!!!!
SO EXCITED!!!
I fought the urge valiantly for weeks… but my nature kicked in and I added another pattern to my hoard. This is the Kex Scarf by Stephen West. My mom would have loved. I miss her, and I think I’m going to knit it in her honor.
How did I miss this pattern? Oh dear lord another Stephen West one. I just know I’m going to buy this. /o\
I have such a West problem. But i’m totally okay with that. *buys and hoards all his patterns*

I met with my teacher and we talked over some things. A lot of it is still in the planning stages, but I’m hoping that something will actually be able to come of it. :D
She did give me the pattern she wanted me to knit for her. I’ve already had to restart it 3 times. x.x
It’s so simple it’s difficult I guess. I didn’t realize how long it was going to take me to knit, but it definitely will not be a quick project.
Hopefully I’ve got it figured out now. We’ll see! At least I’m getting paid for my time! :D

I got back into town last night and have since gotten very sick. Along with work picking up I’m afraid I’m going to have to back out of my plans to run this.
I’m sad because there was some interested and it seemed like such a fun idea!
I hate to do this. i’m so sorry you guys! Maybe when I get better or when things slow down I’ll be able to get back onto this. But right now I don’t have the time or ability.
What I will do is list the tumblr names of those that were interested! I urge you to talk to each other, see if you can set up a trade of your own! :D
Guys I don’t need to start another shawl. I just don’t feel like finishing the two I’m working on.

I love knitting, but I hardly ever end up wearing anything that I make. Most you you that follow me are aware of this. Haha
So, I thought it would be fun to do a semi-surprise trade.
I was just thinking that each person could choose 3-4 patterns and then switch with someone and that person can choose which one to knit for the person that chose them. :D
At this point I would just like to see if anyone is interested. If there is a bigger response than I imagine there will be I would be happy to set up partners or start a list where each person can choose what they’d like to make and then pair people off that way!
Either way I’m totally in. So, I would love to do a trade with someone. :D
And this isn’t limited to knitting (well, I’d have to knit whatever my partner would want) but, crochet, sewing, fiber arts, etc.
Just let me know!
