Everyone should be aware that these are my favorite things. Seriously.
The last of these games take place at the beach. Mom has enlisted me to drive down with her and I am probably the only person you have to force to go to the beach, in the summer anyway. It’s too hot, the ocean scares me, people are butt heads. It’s just a lot to deal with. The good thing, is that we’re staying in a hotel. I loooove staying in hotels. Ohmygoodness yes.
I probably won’t go to any of my brother’s games, but I’ll be there for moral support. I’m hoping to find an arcade :o. I haven’t been in one in years. And depending on where we’re going, there may be a yarn shop. :D
Also, while I’m down there I am going to try my very best to do a vlog/podcast. Perhaps the internet there is faster?
That being said, what should I talk about? Or would you guys just like me to ramble about nothing? haha
I am sooooo close to getting this done but I’m so tired of it, I am having to force myself, kicking and screaming. (Should explain, it’s not for me - it’s to replace one that got lost on it’s way to its new owner - thank God for insurance or I’d be doing this one gratis). Why did I think I could become independently wealthy (or even less broke) making Watson sweaters for people who’d buy them. How do third world knitters crank out lovely hand knit sweaters (or semi-hand knit sweaters) day after day after day? / stop whining!
I still want to knit one of these sweaters! This looks amazing. I need to get off my butt and start one as well!
People have their own opinions on what they like. But not all acrylic yarn is crappy yarn!

Star Trek was freaking amazing! I am so so happy that I went to see it. Goodness. Just so many feelings all around. I won’t say much about it because I don’t want to spoil anything. Not that I would be saying much aside from flailing over Chekov. <3 I plan to go again with a friend whenever we both have time off work. So hopefully that pans out. :D
I think i’m going to try and finally see Iron Man 3 today. I have been putting it off because I’m just really not at all excited for it. :c I wish I was though, I would have gone much earlier. haha
And I FINALLY got halfway through one of the stripe sections on that shawl. I ended up messing it up and had to rip back seven rows. ;A; But I fixed it and hope to get at least ten rows knitted today.
I’m trying to find another pattern to start so that I’ll have something to knit on in between the shawl for my teacher, but I haven’t decided on anything yet. Possibly a hat of some sort. Though, it is getting too warm to wear them.
Ah, I’ll think of something. \o/

SO EXCITED!!!
I fought the urge valiantly for weeks… but my nature kicked in and I added another pattern to my hoard. This is the Kex Scarf by Stephen West. My mom would have loved. I miss her, and I think I’m going to knit it in her honor.
How did I miss this pattern? Oh dear lord another Stephen West one. I just know I’m going to buy this. /o\

I met with my teacher and we talked over some things. A lot of it is still in the planning stages, but I’m hoping that something will actually be able to come of it. :D
She did give me the pattern she wanted me to knit for her. I’ve already had to restart it 3 times. x.x
It’s so simple it’s difficult I guess. I didn’t realize how long it was going to take me to knit, but it definitely will not be a quick project.
Hopefully I’ve got it figured out now. We’ll see! At least I’m getting paid for my time! :D

I got back into town last night and have since gotten very sick. Along with work picking up I’m afraid I’m going to have to back out of my plans to run this.
I’m sad because there was some interested and it seemed like such a fun idea!
I hate to do this. i’m so sorry you guys! Maybe when I get better or when things slow down I’ll be able to get back onto this. But right now I don’t have the time or ability.
What I will do is list the tumblr names of those that were interested! I urge you to talk to each other, see if you can set up a trade of your own! :D
